Burned Out on TPS and SIX Sigma

What is TPS and Six Sigma and why are they causing not only burnout but an increase in patient dissatisfaction and an increase in violence and what can we do to protect providers and increase satisfaction? Sorry about the audio issues. I have no idea what happened.
